Key information relating to proposed cash dividend

As stated in connection with Spir Group ASA's (the "Company") announcement of the second quarter and first half 2025 results, the Company’s board of directors has proposed the distribution of a cash dividend on the basis of the Company's annual accounts for 2024, to be resolved by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 11 September 2025.
