CEO of Spir Group from August 2023. Lomsdalen joined Spir Group from the position as Country General Manager of Salesforce in Norway and Iceland and has previously held the position as COO of SAP in the Nordics and Country General Manager of SAP in Norway. He also has many years of experience in various leadership positions at IBM.

CFO of Spir Group from May 2025. Previously Group Finance Manager at Spir Group, and prior to joining Spir Group, Stenseth gained six years of experience in the finance department of Spir Group subsidiary Ambita. Stenseth holds a Master of Science, Business and Economics degree from BI Norwegian Business School.

Managing director of Aftonbladet from 1999 to 2005 and held the same position in VG (Verdens Gang) from 2005 to 2008. CEO in Schibsted in 2009 and held that position until 2018 when he became CEO of Adevinta, spun out of Schibsted. He led Adevinta’s IPO in 2019 and the acquisition of eBay Classifieds Group in 2021, making Adevinta the largest international classifieds company globally. Chairperson of Spir Group´s Board of Directors since November 2022. Board member in Orkla ASA and Schibsted Marketplaces, chairperson in Simployer Group and Ness, Risan & Partners AS.

Chairman of Karbon Invest, an investment company controlled by Jens Rugseth and Rune Syversen. Chairman of Crayon Group and Link Mobility since early 2000s. Chairman of Techstep since 2019. Co-founder of Crayon Group, Link Mobility, Basefarm, Mnemonic. Chairman Spir Group January 2020 - May 2021, and Board member - June 2021.

COO in the med-tech company Nors Care (Nørs), co-founder and former CEO of fashion-tech startup FJONG (Vibrent). Previously held positions within consulting & finance, including in Arctic Securities, McKinsey and Arkwright Corporate Finance. Syverud holds a MSc in Finance from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) og BA in economics from Humboldt University, Berlin. Board member of Spir Group since June 2022.

Investment Director in Rasche Investeringer. Chairman in Rift Labs. Former Financial Analyst in Handelsbanken and Carnegie. Board member of Spir Group since January 2020. Holds a master's in finance from BI Norwegian Business School, and an AFA, Finance from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Group Chief Technology Officer at Forte Digital, where she oversees the company’s unified technology strategy and tech divisions across its international markets, including Norway, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Austria, and Switzerland. Monica previously served as Agency Director at Sopra Steria and as Head of SaaS Development at UMS ASA. With a rich background as an Advisor, Computer Engineer, and Lead Architect, she brings a wealth of tech expertise to the board. Board Member Spir Group - June 2024.
